(I try to save a few slots before 255 for testing/creating/merging and later when comfortably tested/debugged for quests|iDLCs like OaR).They are created via Crafting by combining Materials from Items gathered in the game. While building this I play it to test it's going good, and I just keep working on it until I can make a much longer play of the game. The main thing is to play the game though. I even make new things in the game sometimes. I also repair all the broken stuff or set it how I want things. Only ever made one 20Gb larger than this. The last two I've spent 6 months to a year building.Д¤78 mods, I work on it for 6 months to a year. Then 2-3 times it catastrophically failed. I've had 3 good builds of the game merging while I was learning how, and getting better at it. Usually I start merging mods as soon as I get enough mods to play.

I make backups of everything when I merge. Works just the same on FO4, but we don't have to decompile/recompile scripts, and we have to unpack. By the time we needed to begin FO3PlugIn Utility, it was a script in ењЋdit as you see in the above links, but shortly after FO4 launched, Merge Plugins launched for Oldrim. The advantage is it makes clean mods that you can merge later as needed / if desired once you get familiar with the tools.ДЄlso keeps them discrete in case you want to remove / change something.
